SESSION LENGTH

Sessions are one hour and are usually face to face. Skype or phone sessions can be available if necessary.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is due at end of each session by cash, EFTPOS, or internet banking.

LATE CANCELLATION

A late cancellation fee of $50 for individual or $65 for couples is applied if the session is canceled after 24 hours before the session.

FEES Payment

$100 an hour for individual sessions and $130 for couple sessions.

WINZ beneficiaries can apply for assistance with part of their counseling. Forms are available from your local WINZ office.
